why does this game not load properly on my ipad...it slowly opens, start to play, but blacks out. ??

i have 85 gold bars and now you are not adding new levels ,when will i get a refund ? when was this decided and when were you going to inform your players?

Alpha Betty level 101 glitch
Level 101 is not working correctly. Solved puzzle but did not advance and now it's not counting words that I get.

Video for gold bars
I'm having the same problem as everyone else. On the rare occasions that it doesn't disappear and I'm able to play the video, I get a message saying the internet connection has been lost. I posted this question this morning but that seems to have disappeared as well!

Having the video/no connection problem like many others. Game is updated regularly.
Link to watch video for gold appears briefly, then disappears. If I manage to catch it and watch a video, I then get a message that I have no internet connection, which is false.

for ages now, after the video plays, I get an error message that I've lost internet connection. I have deleted and reinstalled and rebooted the phone, nothing is working. Please help!

Why can't I get out of Alphabetty #174 even tho' I have spelled all of the words?
I have spelled all of the words within the allocated moves, but the game continues. When I downloaded it again, it showed the green checkmarks at the beginning and I cannot finish the game.

Why can't I pass Level 116?
Even when all the blocks have turned to cheese, it still says I'm missing 2 or 3. Sometimes there are no vowels at all, and I lose my turns as a result. Other times it's all vowels and not enough consonents to make more than a 3 letter word. What's up with this?
