Seems impossible please help me
I downloaded the game on a new device and it sent me back to level one. Why doesn't it start where I left off? I don't want to start over!

Automatically reset it self when I restarted my iPad. I was approximately on level 780. My ID number is 1-141-194-9352 can you please assist?
Help me with level 340 can't get the 7 cheese chunks
Keep getting an error message, that I had already bought the gold bar and they will be restored for free, never restores them. Disappointed.
I cannot get the hang of this level. Am I missing something? What is the purpose of the gold tiles?
