I have been stuck on this level for weeks, I don’t have any magic beans to help me, is it possible to beat this level without the beans ?

Why is the game freezing/crashing?
For the past few days every time I try to open the game it either freezes or crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still the same thing. I am at a very high level and have at least 4-5 years invested in this game. Please help.

I opened my computer today and I cannot log in or play without logging into king games. I play windows 7 profesional on pc. Clearing the history and cookies didn't do anything Are there any problems with the server Because yesterday I played and logged in normally, and today I can't log in or play at all

Level 3167
I've been stuck on level 3167 for over a week now, I guess I was hoping there would be an update. There is one flower that is in an ice cube and no way to burst the ice cube, there are no clouds. How am I supposed to pass this level when you can't break the ice to move on? Any help will be much appreciated.
