Game crashes on Kindle
Hi, I play on Kindle Fire, but I can't get through a level without the game crashing. I've cleared cache and storage, and tried reinstalling. Nothing works. Other games work on the device so I'm inclined to think the problem is with the game. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks

Error in level 5848
Please see screenshots below of the error in level 5848. The level requires 8 fireflies however once I lit 8 fireflies they didn't collect (screenshot 1).
