Farm hero’s saga will NOT open when I go to open just brings me back to my apps on iPad did all the fixes still wont open for days now,, Describe your question in more detail here (at least 40 characters please)

Why don’t I get Magic Beans anymore on Farm Heroes?
I used to get magic beans after passing a level and now I don’t. Haven’t for a while. Are there no longer magic beans in the game?

Lost game progress
I have lost all my game progress, I was around 400 levels in, with gold bars purchased very recently. I have tried signing in with Facebook, and with various email addresses I would have used for a Kingdom account, and neither has got the progress back. Please help!

Why don't I get my stars when I pass a level I had to go back and do? And no beans either. :(
I love playing this game :) When I get to a level that says I need to go to level 66 in order to get the polar bear. I have been there and says that I passed it, but the stars and beans don't show up. On some other levels, I passed and got no beans. Please help me :)

Ask friends for destroy the roadblock, but there are no friends to select!
I finished level 1525 then try to ask friends for destroy the roadblock, but the list of friends is empty! I tried restart game and browser, delete browser cache but nothing solved the problem.
