Issue with level 1613
Hi- I was real close to winning level 1613 twice today and the game quit in the middle of the firecrackers clearing all the pages which made me lose my place. Are you having any glitch issues that would cause this issue?

Why do some members have the option to have a video to get extra moves. Should this not be offered to all members?

Gold Bars help
When I win a level, usually when I win 1st place it tellse I will hold bars for each star. Then it says my bank is full. I have bought gold bars multiple times. The ones I win never hlgo in the piggy bank, it always says it is full. Please help

Extra moves lost
I used coins to purchase 5 extra moves in my level and once purchased game/app shut down, when app/ game reopened coins were deducted from coin balance this is not the first time this has happened f

I can NOT send lives and I never get any help!
I am unable to send lives to friends and I never get any when I request them from the friends on my list so I just have to wait for my lives to restore. I am attaching screenshots of what occurs when I try to send lives. This has been going on for quite some time and it's very annoying!

Why did my Farm Heroes reset to the very beginning?
Went to play, accepted the new “privacy, service” info and my Farm Heroes went back to game one! This is the 2nd time this has happened in the past few weeks and I have been playing for years. What is going on?
