@vickykal It seems that have been problem with the latest update of the game. And it make game freeze when it is egg in.
From what I can see on your picture it looks like you playing on iphone/ipad. What game version do you have. Is it 5.31.10
I´m not sure where you find information in iphone/ipad. But go to settings and then apps and find farm heroes. There you should find what version you have.
I have same problem level 1856 . Screen freezing after 2 or 3 moves . It keeps doing that . I’m on iPhone 11 Pro Max . And I have the last version of the game and system . I tried to log out, uninstalling, force close and restart the phone but all failed to fix the problem .
I have seen that one suggest to download the app from microsoft if one have a computer whit windows 10 and see if it works there. Or if you have facebook account try to see if you can play there. Otherwise it is just wait until king has fixed it. And I don´t know how long time that will take because I´m not a part of king.
But playing on other places/devices you don´t have the same things like the horse levels.

I have tried the level on various platforms!! Except on King.Com, the level is working fine for me on Chrome / Edge; Android phone and iPad!! The version I have is the same as you 5.31.10!!
I have installed an update on my Android couple of hours ago, and I have not tried this particular level yet!! But, your game was freezing with 5,31,10 only, hence I went back and played the levels on all the devices I have access to check it out!!
@QueenB So, looks like the issue in not existing for all the players, but ONLY for some on Mobile devices!! But, King.Com, all the players have this "freezing" as well as "Loading" issue!!

@NitaJ, we had somebody else with the same issue and was playing on mobile device.
An update solved the issue so if you're by any chance on mobile device, check if there is an update you might have missed and see if that helps.
