Level freezes when Companion gets activated! FIXED on version 5.32.8!!!

I’d love some help with level 2672 it freezes after a couple moves it’s done it multiple times 😪

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Can you please clarify few things for me...

1) Are you playing on a PC? If so is it on King.com OR through Facebook?

2) Are you using a mobile device -- which one?

3) Does your level has Snow Ball OR the new Grass Weed Blocker OR Eggs?

@bruins1984 Is the game freezing after playing few move like @kaniza?

The more details you give, the better it would be for me to collect to details and send them to the Farm Team In-charge!

Hope this made sense! Please post back and I will get back to you as soon as I try those levels and see how my iPad acts up!

I am sorry to hear about the issue!! But, can you please make sure about the level? As per my knowledge, the last available level is 3010 and they were only released today!!

Also to escalate this issue to the Farm Team, I need to know few details:

1) Which device are you using; (2) Are you playing through Kingdom OR Facebook; (3) What version you have;

(4) Does the level has the new "Grass Weed blocker" OR the Snow Balls OR the Eggs?

Can you please post all these details and also, a screenshot where the game froze?

Yes @PummyRaj after 5 moves it freezes, I’m playing on a iPhone XR, there is no weed/ blockers. There are eggs and rockets, and thank you 🙏🏼 😊

I keep being able to play about 4-5 moves on level 2940 and then the entire game freezes and I have to close the app entirely. What can I do? The level has eggs in it. Please help!

Can u try not to bring any companion for this lvl ?

Can you please answer few of my questions, so that I know where to redirect you / or what is causing the problem?

1) What device are you using to play the game?

2) If using PC, are you on King.com?

3) If playing on Mobile OR Windows 10, what version do you have?

4) If playing on a mobile device, are you playing with Companions?

5) If you were taking help of Companions, did you try the level without using them? If not, can try that and see?
