    We are sorry about the issue in your game, it happened to me last week and I lost all my boosters.

    This is an effect ot the last game update 5.73, there is a thread about it:Β Issue under investigation lost boosters in the last update 5.73

    @Rosechaulk and you too @Chirpycheap if you open the game on mobile, click on the cog and click on the i at the end of the bar, choose the progress isn't showing, then contact us will be right at the bottom of the article.

    Its best if you can do it through the game as all the needed data will go with it but if all else fails, you can contact them via this link here. There might be a delay though as they are very busy right now. They will get back to you though as soon as they can πŸ™‚

    Ah ipad is one of the guilty parties for not being able to comment. It happens to us too.

    Up at the top near your lives, then when the box opens, its customer care option not i. Click on the thread about the issues and contact is at the bottom πŸ™‚

    Farm Heroes Saga is asking me to log in on my King account to return to my level.. When I do I get the message that there is a connection error; try again later. What should I do.
