I am sorry to hear that you lost your game progress 😔 This was an effect of the glitch happened with the last game update
The Farm Studio is working hard to fix it as soon as possible!
If you have lost your progress, you should try reconnecting the game app back to your Facebook or King account so your progress can sync back. You can find more info on how to get your progress back HERE
What about your boosters?

I tried messaging the support team too twice and I got nothing. I was told I had to contact through this community, which I did a couple days ago by giving them my ID game numbrer. I'm still waiting and I don't know how long it would take to get help on the matter but I think they've been helping other with this problem. I hope it doesn't take much longer

I already tried messaging the support team twice and I got nothing. I just receiced an automatic email telling me that I had to contact through this community, which I did a couple days ago by giving them my ID game number (1210918239).
I understand there is a huge amount of people complaining about this issue right now but is there any way of knowing how the process is going?

First, thanks for the help you've been providing.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure that contacting the support team is accomplishing as much as it should because I had done that twice, also replying to their automated response, to be told every time (with another automated response) that I had to contact this community with no further information.
I'm aware that you must have a huge load of work due to this issue but is there any way of knowing how the process is going? Mi ID again is 1210918239
