Error message when playing on Facebook?

To be able to report this to the game studio, I will need your Game ID and which one of the messages you get. 

Please post it like this:

"Game ID 1234567890 Connection failed"
or
"Game ID 1234567890 You have experienced an error..."
or
"Game ID 1234567890 Duplicate tabs"

If you get any other message than one of the three mentioned, please then post a screen shot of the message that you get.

To find your Game ID, please open the game on Facebook on your computer. Scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and click on the "Find my ID" to the left and the Game ID number will appear.

ID:1351764847 I get the orange screen with cat on a daily basis.  Also the game freezes quite often...this is on Pet Rescue Saga.  Thanks

Game ID:   10157482960161015.  Constantly freezing after 2 - 3 plays.  Weather Island will reset to level 1 if I am under level 4 when it freezes.  Couldnt even do Mountain due to freezing and resetting.   Very frustrating to reset and go through all the crap before it gives you the game just to do it all again after 2 plays.   I was up to date on levels until this started and now I cant even play the levels with my earned freetime because of freezing and using up my time.

Hi there, my user id is 1017770916.  When i play Pet Rescue Saga on my computer i get this message.  Yet i can play it on my phone.  Please help this has been going on for 3 days now.

here is a new complaint for me while helping friends . it seems if i use a boost on the game it freezes up on me when i am about to win the game. this has happen at least 5 times today. my friends that i help don't have many boost so i have to be careful win using them and only use them when i know i have a good chance of winning.

Which one of the three error messages do you get?
Or does the game just freeze for you?
