Error message when playing on Facebook?

I had 2 hours of free play and it took 5 levels of play to use it all due to freezing while ending the level or while playing the level.   Very frustrating.

My ID is 1013691234, I got the You have experienced and error. I had just won the level, got the error and now I have to redo the level. This caused me to loose 6,000 coins as I bought a spring thing to help win the level .Thank you

If so, please post below your Game ID and which one of the three error messages you get when you play so we can investigate the issue. 

To find your Game ID, please open the game on Facebook on your computer. Scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and click on the "Find my ID" to the left and the number will appear.

I use FB Gameroom and keep getting the Orange  Screen, usually when completing a level on  either of the Mountains.

Edit, just had the Orange Screen playing on FB using Firefox browser.
