Error message when playing on Facebook?

ID: 6105986565  Orange error message as soon as the game loads it goes straight into an error, was working for a few days and now the problem is back again

Hi @Frankie_007! 

Is your game freezing only when you have the Bronze Dog, Silver Cat or Golden Panda on the level?

Does the game just freeze or do you get an error message as well?

Yes it still freezing up on error messages. I don't think anything is going to happen. My opinion think it's a waste of time coming here explaining what the problem is everyone else has the same problem and it seems like you not doing anything for anyone

The Game Studio is working on a fix for this and it should be released in a forthcoming update in a few weeks. 

@Lisette I got your message, but please be aware that we use only English in our Community to make sure that everyone understand and can be understood. Please feel free to post or comment in the future, but in English.

To find your Game ID, please open the game on Facebook on your computer. Scroll down the page all the way to the bottom and click on the "Find my ID" to the left and the number will appear.

my id is 1011536215 keep getting the error message for last 2 weeks now how can I fix please

I get the error message and also get the freezing. I never can get to top of mountain, get error or freeze and get sent back to level one when I refresh the game.Happened 16 times during last mountain. Just give up.
