I followed the instructions above - Chrome didn't work either (after clearing cache). I do not use mobile.

Have been playing Pet Sage for a long time. This is the first time that I am unable to play the next level. Keeps giving me and error "Not connected to internet" which I am . Are there issues with this game.

Hi, i'm experiencing what seems to be a bug on Mystery Mountain on the latest version of Chrome.
I've tried removing the app from Facebook, clearing the browser cache and cookies, and reinstalling everything to no avail.
I get the error ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED when it tries to load level 3 of mystery mountain, which seems to be coming from the file levels.episode54.zip .

Connection Internet issue is being looked into, meanwhile please try another browser. It seems to happen mostly on Google Chrome only.
Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser to make sure the fix reaches your game.

Player ID 1007353621. I have been getting the above message whenever I try to play Weather Alert, Magic Mountain and assist fellow players when they are stuck. I have cleared my cache, deleted and reloaded the game but it still appears. Currently on Level 7of Weather Alert but it won't go further because of 'internet issues'. There is nothing wrong with my internet. I have tried Chrome and Firefox - same thing. I can only play the normal game levels. This has been going on for over a month now. Can you please fix it?
