hi @ariaharie and @Giselle452318 this level has been fixed. If you are not seeing the updated version in your game it probably means you need to go to your app store and manually update. Look up the game and see if there is an 'update' button.

I updated the game and it didn’t work. I saved my progress then deleted the app and reinstalled it. When I logged it the level was fixed but I lost my daily log in progress, coins, bars, and all boosters. I don’t understand why when it’s the same device and I ensured I hit save progress before deleting the app….

Sorry @ariaharie but, as with any app, when you uninstall it clears all data from your device 😓
The update button should have worked. After updating you need to close the game then reopen to get the new version, sometimes you may need to actually close your device then open it and the game again.
