I can’t connect to the internet in Pyramid Saga. All other games fine on my device

I have good news today; the fix is live, that means, if you update the game now you will be able to play Pyramid Solitaire Saga again without any connection issue!

I was having the issue of not being able to connect to the internet on my iPhone 7. I followed the steps to delete and reinstall the game. When I signed back in under my own account and again under Facebook, I had lost 65 levels. I had completed the most recent stage, 136, and was waiting for the new stage on Thursday. I have been moved all the way back to stage 132, level 2025. Can anyone help me with that please? I really do not want to replay all of those levels. Thank you.

Not solved at all. Still exactly the same problem. Royal Path was not on for me when it started going wrong. It has been like this for weeks now.

I have not been connected for some time and now I have paid for a Royal Path and got nothing
Excuse me, I'm Spanish and I don't understand what you mean by "Royal Path".
The game is installed on my smartphone and on my tablet associated with the facebook account. On both devices I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still does not connect. I have also tried to connect to my king account and it gives me the same connection problem.

OMG Game crashing every time I try to start it up, then I tried to delete and reload game but now it reset and is at level 1 when I was way up there 😫 What’s going on?
Here is where I be. I tried to log out, but now I cannot log in again. I will now delete the whole game.

It's not fixed for me, I had already completed the path and I am still allowed the free play despite it ending yesterday! Also, the gold wasn't a mistake and I have the email to prove it.

It would also be very helpful to know if you were on a Royal Path when you lost connection- do you remember this by any chance?

I have been having this problem for weeks now. Oddly enough, it connects long enough to take my money. After reading another comment, I tried connecting on my phone. It connected but is showing me at level 2026 and I'm at level 2050 on my computer. Also, the instructions you give for finding your player ID might work for candy crush but they do not work on Pyramid Saga.
