    I play on a 6th generation iPad with up to date software and plenty of memory. Have restarted several times with no new results.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

    Are you playing on a PC or mobile device? If you are using mobile device, is it an Apple device?

    Game won't start on iPad. Stopped working after last update. Are there known problems loading on Apple products ? I have tried all recommended restarts, reloads etc but nothing works. Just bought credits so would like to be able to use them ?

    Had that problem for about 2 weeks.. Ended up trashing the app et reloaded the next day. It worked but I lost all of my boosters, and game put me to a much lower level than I was...

    I am very sorry to say that there has been an issue with the game that is affecting ONLY iOS device users.


    The Pyramid Studio team is already aware about this issue and trying hard on a fix. But, till then, we have to face this issue!!

    AND reinstalling gap does not help at all... it was mentioned here at the main thread ---> Game NOT loading on Apple Device Please click on this link to keep an eye for the Update.
