@clarellis please check your free space on your device first. You need at least 2 GB. If you have more storage space, the better.
I had the problem last week because I had saved too many pictures and only had 1.95GB of free space. The app wouldn't load and kept crashing afterwards (even though I had freed up memory). I then had 5GB of free storage and had to reinstall the app. Since then it has been working again (although all boosters have been lost in the process).
Pyramid Solitaire Saga is very sensitive to free memory.
Oh I was so enjoying this game and now it’s gone. I have tried reinstalling but it just flashes on for a few seconds then off

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊

This happens to me whenever I earn too many game boosters. I had over 100 of one and almost 100 of another. No recourse but to uninstall which will cause the losing them all, reinstall and then after a certain amount builds up again only for the same thing to happen over and over. I think King does this dirty trick on purpose trying to get players to purchase boosters. I will not pay money to play.

Yep, King can help you- please send an email to our Player Support team. You can do it from the app, tapping on settings and the on Customer Care - My Game Progress- Contact Us (at the bottom of the page). 😊

I have played for many years. When the new update was added .., about the 8th if June, I believe ... I had completed all the levels and was waiting for a new batch to be released. Can King restore this for me?

I had the same problem... game not loading on iPad. I have finally managed to restore the app, but have lost all my progress. How can I get my levels restored?

I'm really sorry to hear that. If you use an iPhone, you can try to store them in the Cloud- it works for many players! It's nothing we can guarantee because it doesn't depend on us but on Apple, but it could be a solution. 😊
I have same problem on iPhone- it seems very unreasonable to make us lose all our hard earned boosters because of an update. The same thing happened last year on old iPad and I lost them all again.
Looks like ive lost them all then. 😩 Much harder to get past the higher levels without using them every now and then.

The boosters aren't stored and can be lost after reinstalling the app...however, check out this to see if you can find them!

I have reinstalled and it has taken me back to where I left off. I was actually on level 1810, so much higher than I had realised! However, all boosters have vanished and I had around 30 of each. Can anything be done about that?
I couldn’t find my ID as the screen didn’t have the logout option as shown on the demo?
@daisy_j I removed this conversation from the Candy Crush thread to it's own thread in Pyramid Solitaire pages.
I'm afraid that if nothing helps, then reinstalling is the last solution if the game won't load or open.
If you can figure out more or less what level you were on then we'll be able restore the levels more or less at least. Important thing is that you don't have to restart all over again from level 1.
After reinstalling (delete the app, restart the device and download the game again), connect it to a King account and let me know the Game ID and where about level and I will restore the levels and see what I can do about the Boosters.

Is that my only option? I can’t remember what level I’d reached but it was high hundreds I think. (Is it definitely not a temporary issue with the game that will resolve if I wait?). So frustrating to lose all my boosters!! They weren’t purchased just earned as I went along and saved up for tricky levels.
The levels can be restored by reconnecting the game to your Facebook or King account. If not, then we can manually restore them from here.
Boosters will be lost, but we can resend all purchased Boosters to your game.
I haven’t tried to reinstall as the advice seems to say that I would go back to level 1, plus lose all the bonuses I built up?
I have 14 gb of free space, so that’s not the issue.

No, in Pyramid Solitaire the “King” welcome page flashes up for a few seconds then closes. I can’t log in at all. I did notice that the welcome screen looked different as it had the words “Making the world playful” on it, so I wondered if it was an update and this had caused the issue?

I had a bunch of boosters because I had phone/game issues last March or so, but I got a new phone rece rlt and thought it copied everything over but all of my boosters were gone. I am attaching what they originally gave me, but I did use a lot of them, not sure how many, but I am hoping there is a way to get these back…
