I have not been able to load my game properly for about a week or so. I can not link my king account to Facebook account either.
Please help me !

Don't worry! How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
You can also follow up these steps here (Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?) by Community Team that I hope this helps too. 😊

I do not have a settings icon on my homepage I have a "community" icon. I just want to play my game please please help! Can I reinstall saga and not loose anything ?

Unfortunately these instructions (Can I sync my progress between Facebook and King.com?) for PC available only. And then when you want uninstall and reinstalled game, unfortunately you lost all of saved boosters. 😔
Try these another troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊
If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer. Thanks! 😊

Hi, may you tell us what device are you playing?
If you're playing via PC, king.com is having issue I think cos I got this page, see below. There's no log in button at all.
