I have been playing for years! Why did I get bumped down to the beginning?!?!

I muted sounds and music but can't hear other apps
I like to play on my phone while also listening to music or news on another app on the background. But even though both sounds and music are muted on BW3, I can't listen to any of my other apps. Why?

collecting the hats
twice now when I'm collecting my hats to get the gold one, and I have up to the blue hat it will come and say that I have run out of energy and loose my hats that I have collect so I go back to the beginning with collecting hats.

I sent a friend request threw texts.
So I my partner plays Bubble Witch 3. But doesn't connect his account through Google or any Social Account.. I sent him an invite but he doesn't nor do I know how to find one another? He followed the link and nothing. Help please

Lost all my saved boosters
I’ve recently started playing. Have barely used any boosters (in game, the round ones at the bottom), I’d been saving them. This morning they’ve all gone and it’s also started the snowflake thing again so I’ve lost my progress but it’s showing I’ve already received the rewards I’d earned so I can’t even earn those ones…
