I have gold bars that have not been credited to my account.
I have gold bars that I have received emails about that should have been credited to my account. This needs to be fixed. I previously had bars that I paid for that were not credited. If you're running this game it needs to be run honestly.

BW3 will not load
Am playing on iPhone- when I open a level ( say 234) the game kicks me out. This occurs also if I try to open any other screen (tree; chapters etc)

PC Levels After 3100
I am playing on the Windows 10 platform on my PC. I finished the 3100 level and waiting for more levels. I get the following screen but am sent to Microsoft Store with no option to update. Any ideas when more levels will be available? Also, will I loose my earned rewards if I log out and log back in?

I play Bubble Witch 3 through Facebook on my notebook/laptop. I haven't logged in to this game for a while and never on this laptop before. I logged in through FB today but only the background loads, not the game levels or anything else. see system info below.
