"No Connection" problem! (Reported to the Studio)!

Heya! So I have passed over 400 levels in this game but it won’t let me log in to my king. It’s just with this game it says ‘No connection’ I have uninstalled the app. Switched off my phone, restarted it and then downloaded it again and still this problem is still there. I checked my phone for storage and there is enough. I checked the internet connection and it’s a strong connection. Please can someone else me?

I've decided to merge all comments from other players that has the same issue so we can keep this in one place.

This has been reported to the studio and they are currently looking in to this. It's not as easy as we hope so I'm afraid this will take some time to improve.

There are some steps that could help but this is only for Android devices:

There is a configuration on the device that when activated means it keeps some of the old data and can cause issues like this.  

To disable this option:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Backup & reset
3. Tap Automatic restore to disable the setting

 After doing that, I’d suggest to clean the game data through Settings>Applications>Bubble Witch 3.

Mine says no internet connection & i uninstalled my bw3 & now im on level 1 with no internet connection!!!! I was on board 3 thousand and some & im mad as Yosemite sam !!!! I need to know that this isnt going to keep happening cause i spent a crap load of money !!!!

Hi all 👋 the internet connection is still being worked on its not a easy fix and Is more of a task with the current situation leaving the developers short of staff but it hasnt been forgotten it is still being worked on. 👍🌞

@lemonjello1 hi it is as I said a complex fix that hasnt been forgotten just a thought did you make sure your game is saved as you shouldn't have lost any progress and also did you log out of your game and also turn off and on your device as this needs to be done after any update or reinstall. Give it a try and let me know how you get on you also need a minimum of 2g of data available to run the game to it's full extent. 👍🙂

Nothing works.

I'm so sick of it saying no internet connection for everything. Oh yeah and the store is closed. I've never seen it open to me in there years time

@tommcam hi yes as I have already explained the internet connection is still an ongoing issue which is very complex which is why we dont have a target date to give you at this time but Is being worked on. You could try a uninstall process to see if it helps but it may not and you would loose any boosters. Other wise I am sorry to say that we are we are just going to have to be patient. @SueBeat @mamalagon @sunny69 @rocko and @Sibella hi please use English translation tool. @lemonjello1 hi sorry to see your feeling so angry but I do understand why as yes I have a favour game bubble witch 3 I play it all the time and I would certainly want any issues fixing. I do get issues I have had them all I think like not getting prizes game freezing or crashing being put back to the start but I just do the same trouble shooting as anyone else does different issues happen with different player and any game apps will encounter similar things. There are plenty of bugs in software and some are hard to or even unable to be fixed. With this bug it is constantly being checked for updates from the studio. 👌🙂

the free lives every24 hours that are not there and no gift envelope either when it says come back when internet connection. I have the internet connected at all times. I have read that you are trying to fix it. Will we get the free lives when it is fixed?
