"No Connection" problem! (Reported to the Studio)!

I am having the same issue. I have been in contact with support but so far nothing they tell me to try works. I can play other king games just fine but not bubble witch 3. No connection everytime! Has anyone ever fixed this problem and if so how?

Try to link with Facebook and see if the problem is resolved

@PeeBee hi I can see you havnt answered @QueenB s reply to you so that will be why you havnt been able to get further advice 🤔 please follow through with help needed as we dont want you to get that point. I have raised it again here for you. 👍🙂

I tried all ways to stop the no connection problem, eventually I just gave up and uninstalled the game after reaching level 2380!!! The no connection problem took all the enjoyment out of it, some elements of the game would work one day and not the next, magic tree was the same. I just got so frustrated with it I deleted it completely. I tried to contact King on their contact us page but even the captcha wasn't connecting so I couldn't get a message to them. Much happier now playing other games.
