I think you might have to try reinstalling the game app @Rocko_1 🤔

If I can have your User ID, I can check and see if your game has been backed up so you can try reinstalling the app 😉

My two Bubble Witch games are still saying off line when I am definitely on line - it’s very frustrating I can’t get any rewards 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you tried checking play store or equivalent for any updates. Then try logging out of the game and restart your device.

Give it a go and if it doesn't help let me have your game and device details and will help you further 👍🙂

@Hepzibah13, do you still get error message that you are not connected? Which device do you play on, Apple, Android, Kindle?

Have you also by any chance tried reinstalling the game apps?
