    Level 1

    I have reinstalled the games and have gone right back to the beginning 🤦🏻‍♀️ I play on my Apple phone.

    @Hepzibah13, after you installed the game app, did you try to connect the game app back to your Facebook account so your progress can sync?

    @Hepzibah13 Heya! I had a similar problem to this and I was able to restore my current level by using the in- game contact form on the app. If you have a king account then I can assist you further. Please let me know and I can then advise you further.

    Newbie

    Bubble Witch 3 keeps saying I'm off-line when I am absolutely online. None of my other games do this. I have lost all my progress and I can't participate in any of the online feature of the game. I have tried all of the following:

    Uninstall/reinstall (4 times)

    Checking for updates

    Rebooting and reinstalling

    I am beyond frustrated. 😠 I don't know what else to do.

    @sullyb Heya! Welcome to the king community! Try contacting customer support - https://soporto.king.com/contact they will try and fix the problem. Or within the app tap ‘Help centre’ tap any of the problems listed. Scroll below and tap ‘contact us’ then explain the problem and you should be able to get your game progress back. As for the ‘offline’ message I uninstalled the app. Then a few days later I reinstalled it and it was working properly.

    Hi @sullyb as you have already tried all the trouble shooting advice that I would of given you then contacting customer support is the next thing to do

    Just in case you are using flash you will need to use windows 10 or a mobile as there are no more updates for flash.

    hi

    my wifi was off for 3 weeks

    now its fine but only bubblewitch 3 game sayes no connecttion

    so with no boosters/tree its wawful

    and im on level 2538

    please help me

    same problem: no connection. reinstalled the app cleared cache f pkay

    and restarted and now still nothing but also complete restart of the game on level 1. Is there a solution?
