Hi Jo, I've tried all of these steps, pretty bubble's post is the first thing I looked at when this started happening. I'm not sure what's going on but I've missed almost a week and a half of sign in's and such, I am just hoping this might be fixed soon. I'm almost to level 300 and it's kind of become a relaxing thing to play in the evening after a long day at work.

Its been driving me nuts for over a weekm, have tried all the above steps

Hi

Level 1384 isn't opening for me and hasn't done for the last few days, lost 30mins of free play as well. When I click the screen changes but the witch stays hovering over the level

Please can you look at why this isn't working as I can't play anymore :(

Can you post a screenshot showing how Stella is blinking the level for you?

Also, which device do you play on, mobile or on PC?

this is opening page

then when I click on the witch I get activate ad play - so select play and this is what I get

the bugs move up and down each side but the game just doesn;t open

Hi @ange58 That is strange it should work for you if you have downloaded it in windows 10 as a new game and not linked it to Facebook.
