💢 Issues with League - losing rewards and status, etc. 💢

Hi @PrettyBubbles, and hi to all. Today (or early tomorrow) the Conjure games will close, and I will lose my Astral league. Well - sometimes it appeared, sometimes it didn't show up, sometimes it counted the stars, sometimes it did not. Conjure games s***s... Why they just don't cancel this game (Conjure) - not working and creating some kind of disappointment.

I don't know if the newest update helped or not, but this time I was able to collect my 1st place reward in Astral League.

However, I got another question regarding Conjure Games. After update, when the new Astral League contest began, it lasts only 6 days. Is it a bug?

Hi @Magnolia4 The leagues are all a bit hit and miss at the moment so we are hoping that once they new fixes begin it will sort it all out 💓

I have not seen the Astral League at least for a year but I have these type of problems with the Royal Pass

I have not received prizes for the last few league games. I have been #1 or #2 position and no prize….hope this gets figured out soon.

Hi guys a fix has been added for the issues with the leagues

If you can close your game and turn your device off for a couple of minutes if you haven't already received the fix this should trigger it for you

Well it did not work . Turned off my laptop last night and turned it back on tonight . Played Candy Crush first then move on to Bubble Witch 3 . Started to play without doing my work around and won 3 stars BUT was not given them in the league . I did my work around and play another round won stars and this time was given my stars in the league . After I finished playing I checked the MS Store and it said BW3 was update today . So the fix did not work ..

My Astral League disappeared just before the end of the contest. Without giving my well earned reward...

I'm really disappointed because I collected a lot of points. My effort were in vain 💔💔💔😭
