Hi @charlesgsantiago yes from time to time this can happen it is just a connection blip and once you close your game and turn your device off for a couple of minutes it will usually reset itself 👍⭐

Hi @Dana-13 I understand your frustration and I can assure you that it is being worked on

It is taking time as it is a big programme revamp that is needed for this event and then to get it rolled out to so many players

Hi guys sorry it has taken so long for me to come back but this fix was a lot more complex than anticipated

Could you all make sure you're game has updated to version 7.25.54 Then log out and restart your device

We are really hoping that the fix will come over to you

7.25.54.0 yes it updated BUT there is a problem - the logon screen - you go to the logon screen log in but it will not return to the title screen - you have to close the games and come back to get the title screen - have seen no leagues but it can take time for the leagues to form but I have not had leagues for about a week and a half . by the way when I said read all of your email - I was meaning all of what I write in an email and not other emails - some people read parts of an email and not all of it so they miss things .

I have not raised it as yet as I thought it may be me having connection issues now you have experienced it I will see if it becomes a wider issue

Hopefully when you next receive the league all will be good

The only way to find out if the logon problem is bigger is to login and out every time you start to play and every time you stop playing . Most people do not do this . They are like me stay logon all the time and only log in and out when need . As for the leagues that is just a want and see what happens . If in a week I do not see the leagues I will let you know because by then it will be a problem ..

Hi @Shenronoffire Yes you are right it does the game good to log out and restart your device occasionally as this can release updates and can also clear any blips
