I didn't notice this thread, so incase my thread doesn't get replies, here it is.

Once again, i won all 5 prizes in Tricksies but instead of getting said prizes my game crashed, and is now totally useless. It won't open, no matter what i try, clearing cache doesn't help either.
This happened hours ago and the game still won't open, just crashes straight away.
Every single time i play this particular bonus game something always goes wrong, and i rarely receive my prizes. This is by far the worst though, ruining my game is on another level altogether :/

Hmm, not really fair tbh. They're one's i've won for waking up the tree or for playing everyday, which btw, was over 350 days straight, i'll lose that too i'm guessing.
If the game is to blame, which it obviously is, then why should the player be penalised by losing everything?

@PD987 Hi I did respond to your first post.
The thing is if boosters are free ones they cannot be replaced but as Jo explained if players follow the guidance given here we will send some reward to your game it has been once reinstalled
With the daily play the amount of days you have done will make no difference when collecting rewards it doesn't matter what day you are the rewards system does not change 👍⭐

I know, re the days playing don't make a difference, but it's the fact that i've played over 350 days straight, that's what will disappear as well
I don't understand why this happens on a regular basis, many people losing their games and boosters. I get that things sometimes happen, but not as often as it does with this game.
I guess i'll have no choice but to uninstall. I'm not happy about it though :(
