I've uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times so far @PrettyBubbles , but every single time it's reinstalled somehow i'm already logged in, my profile is already showing (even though I'd logged out) Then the app crashes all over again before it will even play 😭

What do I do now? Try on a different device? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've now installed it on a different device, logged in but i've obviously lost everything.

I'm on level 4132, which hasn't been lost, thankfully. Boosters all gone though.

@PD987 it's a good idea to now change your password 👍

Can I ask if you have connected to Facebook as if so your issue will return. This is why we advised against it and to use windows 10 and then download from Microsoft store or alternatively use a mobile via king only 👍⭐

Hi @rina430 if you are getting to many emails just select your avatar at the top then select edit then select notifications from here you can turn on or off anything you don't need 👍😔

I don't do Facebook @PrettyBubbles , and i only play on mobile. Is that ok?

It's not something you have to do but if you're password is changed it just means it wont link back to your game you have uninstalled.

Look out for your special rewards that will be added to your game either tommorow or Tuesday 👍⭐
