Hi guys can anyone still experiencing issues with the leagues please re submit your game ID so they can be passed onto the studio to take an individual look into your games
As It appears some have received a fix but not all ๐๐
Thank you for reporting this work a round.. I thought they had fixed this issue with the Halloween Season, but as soon as that ended, the problem came back, and your solution of clicking on the info is the only way I can get it to work right. I am beginning to wonder if they can fix this, maybe it's a curse from Morgana? ๐
Your welcome - but point of fact I came up with this work around and then started telling people about it - but then I have not seen the leagues since they update BW3 also lost the Fairy Trail - But I think your right it might be a curse from Margana - glad the work around help you ..

After the last update, it appeared things were working ok for a few days. Recently in League play, I finally came in 1st and didn't receive my rewards. Again, I used gold bars and items I purchased from "The Shop" to help move forward and all for nothing. To be fair, I believe that support needs to start checking our game play and refunding us back our rewards and gold bars. I'm on level 6067 however as I've stated before, I've been pushed back and lost many, many boosters and gold bars due to the bugs in this game the last 6 months. Someone please do right by us players who want to continue to play the game!!!! Please!!!

Hi @Shenronoffire Those are events and they do come and go as they are not rolled out to everyone at the same time so occasionally the studio reshuffles so as other players can enjoy them to

I have now contacted Customer Support 8 times and I am still getting the same automated message reply:

As per your instructions, I also included my ID which is 3085611287 and still continue to receive the automated response, as mentioned above. Either way, I guess it no longer matters, since you said they are unable to credit lost rewards, (which was the reason why I contacted them).
The BW3 version I have is 7.24.2.0. You advised me that the latest version is 7.25.54. How do I get that version?

Hi @XmasBaby1225 I am sorry to hear you are not receiving a response did you use the contact us link at the bottom of this page as there are usually no issues with response times
You have not got the up to date version this will cause you problems
Please check in your app store for any pending updates also please log out and turn your device off and on
What device and platform are you currently using as this can be an important factor regarding receiving updates ๐
