Sweet streak bug
I am getting the sweet streak but it is then crashing the game so I cannot move anything on the screen. It has happened twice now. The only way to resolve it is to leave the game....and lose the sweet streak. Really annoying now I am on a hard level!

It said the game needed to update. Lollipops gone
It said the game needed to update, nothing seemed to happen, but when I went back into game my lollipops had gone, 4 x ordinary, 4 x stripey and 3 x explosive. Can you restore them please?

I'm having a problem with my game, when I'm playing a level it suddenly disappears, as if I had left the game, the game goes out of nowhere. Can someone help me? My ID is 8715926253. Android 9 Pie device. Moto G7 Power 64 GB.

lost an account??
i swear i created an account which had over 200 levels completed (i think) n it’s all gone and the account “doesn’t exist” :( i’ve had to create a new one which is odd but i’m stuck, what happened?

I am not able to get my gifts, it keeps saying "oops something went wrong"

Can't get my rewards
I absolutely love this game. Only issue is I have my wifi hooked up to my phone but it won't let me get my rewards. Was wondering if u could help with that. Other than that I can't wait to play sweet streaks🙂🙂🙂

Unlimited Lives
I received unlimited Lives earlier today for "this week," but when I closed the game and came back, I am now not showing unlimited lives. Rebooting didn't help.
