Why do I keep being told I`m not connected to the internet??
When it`s time to collect game prizes I get this all the time.. The game plays fine it`s when I finish the row of boxes, this symbol always comes up. If I`m playing the game I AM connected to the internet. I`m getting so sick of reloading for no reason! What`s wrong??

Bought hammers gone because of freezing
I bought hammers and boosts. I used them in my level but the game froze and I lost them because I couldn't complete the level. Can you please replace them

I was on level 582 when my game crashed. I had to uninstall and then reinstall it. But when I logged into my account I was put back to level 98. How can I get my levels back please?

How come I no longer get lives from friends anymore? I'm constantly sending lives, but not getting any in return. This has been going on for about a week now.

Lost levels
I tried to connect an local account to my wife's facebook and lost the progress made and it synced different progress. When I logged out the access was not restored. Is it possible to regain that progress made from the device.
