Christmas Challenge and Octopus
I never received the Christmas challenge or another challenge and now I don’t have the new octopus one. I play everyday and this is extremely frustrating because it doesn’t make any sense why I am not getting additional character outfits or challenges. Week 3 DY 4 Holliday Calendar
I dunked all the cookies before the blocker with the level rewards broke today. Does that mean I will not get the Christmas costume for Dachs? I don’t mind not getting the goodies so much, but I do mind not getting the costume. ID 9968654443 playing on an iPad.

Items missing
I got a new iPhone because my other phone crashed. I linked the game to my Facebook account just like the other one. My level progress showed up correctly, but now all three of my “assist” items are missing, ie: single hammers, directional hammers, and the explosive ones. What happened to the Christmas rewards
I passed a daoly Christmas level but didn't receive any rewards. What is going on with this game. First I didn't receive the cookie dunk reward after completing well over 4 levels now I didn't receive the daily Christmas reward. They need to fix this. Is support even viewing these complaints?
