After all this time, I still cannot ask for lives. I have not received any lives since I began playing this game.  The only thing I can do is send lives to those who ask!!!!!

Hi. I've followed the instructions and I am still unable to receive lives. I send them every time that I play yet never receive, leading me to believe lives aren't going out either.  The game is Candy Crush Friends.

User ID 1311990282 Kingdom only, I can send lives but have received only one in the months that I’ve been playing, and I’ve asked. Does it matter if you’re using WiFi or not and does it matter which brand phone you have? I have an iPhone.

Hello an welcome back to the community @catsay1960, unfortunately there is still an issue with FB in regards to the sending-receiving of lives but the team is working with FB in order to solve this.. I myself look forward to this functioning properly and being able to have the extra chances, but for now we stay strong and crush on. Hope you are enjoying the community and having a devine day 🙂
