Crashing and freezing: troubleshooting steps and updates here!

Candy Crush Friends still goes back to home screen when I click on a level to play. I notice it happens more when special challenges and games are added. I've done everything suggested to fix it. It's intermittent but annoying because it's happening more often than not. This has been an issue for awhile and I'm still getting the same answer. I've done it all and still I think happens. I almost want to delete the game permanently. King has had plenty of time to fix it. Not blame the players.

Candy Crush Friends Saga keeps crashing. Most the time it is when I first turn on the game or when I am going back to the main game board.

It is making it really hard to play the game. Please help.
