Characters stuck downloading- Under investigation!

@carmenechevarria that also happened to me recently. I logout, clear cache, and log back in. It did the trick for me. 😁🤞

Then if that didn't work, it could be a poor internet connection.

@carmenechevarria after I commented, I saw another thread where they were having the same problem after the latest update. So, be patient….the studio is looking into the problem. Now I don’t know why it worked for me 🤔🤷‍♂️
