(REPORTED) Second week of holiday calendar error "out of move" without playing

On second week of the Holiday calendar I started my first bonus game and something went wrong as it was loading and it automatically told me I lost the game before I even started. I had some 2hr boosters and as they were loading up in the bonus game, the error occurred and it told me I lost the game. You can only play one a day and since I didn’t have enough gold bars I couldn’t return to the game. Is it possible to get help on this? Thanks in advance!

    Hi everyone,

    Thank you for letting us know! This should not be the case indeed! I have informed our Game Studio and they will are looking into it.

    If you are affected too, please let us know your Game ID and your Game version. A screenshot of the error while you're on the level would also be helpful.

    I went into the daily test, the first test of the second page and I was offered to watch the video for a bonus. After the level started and the match showed that the moves were over and I lost, without even starting to play. Only three slots were free and the bonus candy ate the monthly possible move

    If you have an active booster and try to play the level from today of holiday calendar it will crash. As soon as the level starts, you will get the message that you are out of moves. It's annoying... The QA didn't think about testing this scenario?
