(REPORTED) Second week of holiday calendar error "out of move" without playing

Got the same issue here. Loaded up the level with a free color bomb boost from watching an ad and after using that piece, I thought I'd get a shuffle, but nope, the game said I was out of moves. Even claimed a free +4 moves from watching another ad and quickly was booted to out of moves again. My user id is 1687889376 and my version is 1.26.7 that was released on November 25th, 2019.1

Ghouser2014 having same issue. Since said I would give up on the day used gold bars thinking I would be able to use a lollipop to move on but lost them too

I’m having the same issue. Game says I have no more moves left when the level first opens up. My user id is 9958428316, playing on iPhone and I have the most recent version of the game.

hi, OP here. My game ID is 10746364037. Using iphone xs and latest version of the game (1.26.7). I did not take a screenshot when it happened and it wouldn't have helped because it showed the usual screen one sees when one isn't able to complete a level. That's exactly what happened with me? So I should avoid playing that holiday level if i have active boosters? that is very strange indeed...Mihai7best said:If you have an active booster and try to play the level from today of holiday calendar it will crash. As soon as the level starts, you will get the message that you are out of moves. It's annoying... The QA didn't think about testing this scenario?
