Hi everyone!

The Game Studio is looking into it as we speak and doing its very best to solve this issue as soon as possible. We'll get back to you as soon as we have an update for you.

However, we have found out that this is currently caused by starting the application without an internet connection. At the moment, the maximum offline progression is 1560 - That's why you would be sent back there if you open your game without a proper connection.

So the way around for now would be to make sure to have a working connection when starting to play. In the meantime, our Studio is looking at making sure you can access your levels without any problems.

I don't know where to find the version. I have Android. When I go into my game I get this,so to get back to where I am I power my phone off while still in game.

When I go back to game I'm here on the right level

The worse part of this bug is Mr. Toffee jumping in again on everything that was at one time, the first time event, like getting a prize box for completing a quest.

To me, one or two times a day. I have to restart the phone several times until it goes to the correct level

Let's Be Patient Till The Bug Gets Solved. And If You Play Online And Try 3 times then You Can Reach your level.

This happened to me about two days ago, but I should add that when I was playing the game the power went out at my house for a moment, I turned off my tablet and went outside. When I came back in maybe a minute after the power flickered back on I forgot that I was in the middle of a game 😜so I turned on my tablet and boom I was on level 1560 I took a screenshot just in case. But what I did was I logged out of my game and logged back in, and I was back at the level. Was playing. I was very relieved 😅
