I just logged into facebook on a new device and it started again at level 1, i checked my old phone and it updated back to level 1 as well. Can you please revert me to my last level , i use facebook back up on android

All my levels disappeared!
Hi, I sent an email requesting help as my account was not linked to Facebook so when I was forced to reinstall after a freeze I lost all my 942 levels! It started me back at level 1! I received an automated email from a candy crush bot that does not solve my issue. Please help me regain my missing levels. Thanks, jane

Games progress lost and unable to get it back
I have changed phones and followed the instructions provided by Candy Crush to transfer my game progress to the new device but nothing works. I keep getting back to level 1. I have uninstalled Facebook and Candy Crush several times but no success. Please help.

No Internet connection with iOS 11
After iOS 11 update Candy Crush Saga says no internet connection. I have Internet for everything else. I have deleted the app and reinstall it, but nothing. “It just says can’t connect to the internet. Please try later.” Can someone HELP PLEASE! Is anyone else having this problem???

Hello King! I want to know about ranking system, there are 3 factors at the end of each level in candy crush, 1) Score, 2) Stars, 3) Number of Strip Candies. All I want to know is which one of these determines the increase in my rank. How they effect my rank?
