King Games won't load on Facebook

Hi, I had asked this question earlier too but was given some compensatory boosters and l thought the issue is fixed but it has not been fixed. After l complained, l finished the constellation twice but only 2 hours free life works and not 6 hours colorbomb. Please fix this.

Lost all levels
