My game wasn't synced with facebook and my email wasn't being recognised either. Lost all my game progress of around lvl 1200, as well as all my boosters and bars!!! Please help @Cezdiamond

How can I get back to my original level in candy crush ?
Phone backup caused me to drop over 100 levels. I was up to 386 and dropped down to 2 something. I hate to think I have to replay all those games, I worked hard getting there ! Is there a way to get back to my level ? I was not connected to Facebook. Thanks for any help.
