Can´t send request for lives using CC on laptop via FB since update
I am not able to request lives from friends since the update. I send and send... But no one receives my request. On the other Hand I receive requests from friends..... How can I solve this?

Why can't I get past level 560
Why am I unable to get past level 560. I won the level in first place, but it will not let me advance. There is a giftbox that says BOOSTERS but nothing happens when I click on it?? What the heck????

cant log in to candy crush sage
i have been playing for over 2 years on about level 1600? and i cant log into the game via facebook. I have recently changed my password but have done this others times with no problems

Level 295
I have been unable to get the top score of winning 3 stars in level 295. I have been playing only this level on several different devices for almost 4 weeks now and it just seems impossible. I have also noticed when I sync to fb that none of my fb friends have been able to achieve this either, surely some sort of bug?

Color bomb update
I am less than impressed with the newest update, mostly because of the new function of the color bomb, where instead of deleting all candies of a single color at once, it does them one by one. But the candies move, so when I have one on a jelly, there is a good chance the candy will have moved by the time the color bomb…

Even though I complete Level 740 I can't seem to move to the next level
I've passed this level twice now and it still won't progress to the next level. It keeps asking to reply and beat my own Target!! What am I doing wrong and how can I get past this if I already have completed it

I was set back to level 1. How can I recover my game progress?
I was on level 751 of Candy Crush when I changed my facebook profile. The next time my app logged into facebook on my phone it set me back to level 1. I have logged back into my old facebook account and logged in through the app again, but I'm still at level 1. How can I recover my game progress?
