I run windows10. The game loads on my other accounts, but not this one. It starts to load, then the circle just keeps spinning.

app crashes when i try to open it
i've been trying to access the app on my phone, but every time i try to open it, it would "load", and then crash. i've try restarting, but it didnt help. please help!

I was playing off line & suddenly it ask to connect fb I joined get back to level 1 I was playing at level 700 and above pl get me back to my previous level ty.

Winning 2 or 6 hours on candy crush saga
i won earlier 6 hours to play the game which is awesome. but i can't play that long in a row. So i stop after about 2 hours, the following day when i started the game, i noticed that i did not have the remaining 4 hours, It was lost..so do we have to play the free time all on one shot or is there a way to salvage some time…

Have not been able to connect to facebook on candy crush for months and alphabetty for weeks. Have tried numerous fixes and still no luck...fix this please

I am stuck on this level continually winning. Please fix this and advance me to the next level. I took a screenshot.

Can't synch account progress with Facebook.
When I try to synch my progress with Facebook it says "i don't have access to the kingdom". This has been going on for more than a month. I have an Android tablet and cellphone and with either of them I can't synch with my Facebook account.

This level is impossible, maximum score I've got is 30,000. Help?? Been playing this level for weeks and getting ready to throw the towel in!

Can you please add a confirmation step to purchasing extra moves?
I get tap happy sometimes and at the end of a round, I accidentally hit the buy moves button. Before I know it I spent gold bars for 5 moves that are useless. A confirmation step would give me a chance to cancel the purchase.
