Recently when my game was connected to Facebook. I lost levels and gold bars. I have to start from 800th something level. However i was on 1400 something. Please help restoring my levels and gold bars.

I didn't receive my boosters when I won the striped candy tournament first place a few days ago.
I won the striped candy tournament a few days ago and was notified that I won 3 of each of the boosters. Then it froze and when I reopened the app there was nothing. I'm still waiting. Please help. Thanks
