Dreamworld Odus has disappeared. Why? I play Candy Crush on I-pad and I-phone.

Does anyone know why my ipad will no longer let me play Candy Crush.
Sometimes I can play one game and then it just goes to black. I've tried taking it down, powering down my ipad, even plugging it into my lap top to see if I can update it that way, but it just won't let me play.

can't transfer all my levels from old ipad to new ipad
I can't transfer more than 200 levels from my old ipad to my new ipad air. I do not play through facebook.

I cleared level 201 finally after weeks of trying but then got some sort of error condition.
