Screen freezing
i have made a number of purchases tonight and when I buy the boosters the screen is freezing on my iPhone and I can't finish level! Feeling cheated and annoyed as I know I will be charged! Feel like abandoning candy crush, help!!!

Had 19 gold bars yesterday, now only 1. Anyone else loosing gold bars?
I notice from time to time other items are missing, but oh well. But to take all my gold and leave me 1. Aughh!

Refund
I am tired of buying purchases through the game. Whether for boosted or the gold bars, they always freeze or you don't give me everything I need. I want a full refund for the purchases I made today and yesterday. I can't complete the levels I bought them for because you guys always freeze. It's bullshit.

Double charged, missing items ect.
I have been double charges on the specials the $6.99, $1.99, $29.99 ect. Yes I would get the gold, and some of the power ups/helpers but I NEVER got the mystery chests!!! And I did not always get all the extras. I play soda crush as well as candy crush and the candy crush jelly. I play on my Iphone, I play on my kindles…

I play CC through FB on my laptop and the most recent episode released begins with level 1971 that I'm currently working on. I've noticed that the most recent episode released on my IPhone is ending with level 1955 and I play this through the app which also connects to FB. Is this right that my phone will be lacking…

Bought the 6.99 special and only received the gold bars, how do I get the rest of it?
Missing the mystery treasure box and boosters, from my purchase on Saturday I think. I kept waiting for items to appear, but only got the gold bars. I could have gotten those a lot cheaper if that's all I wanted.

As my questions keep being marked as duplicates of something about boosters, I will ask for a third time why progress is not synching across android and iOS devices. It has been almost three weeks and I have no answer
