I play Candy Crush on my laptop & on Kindle. On Kindle, I have an envelope to open to receive
lives & help sent by friends. I used to see that on the laptop through FB version. Now I don't. Why is that & where did it go? I can send help but cannot receive things friend send on laptop. ??

Level 1779 not the same on mobile phone
It was near impossible to beat level 1779 on my mobile phone. I signed onto the PC and the level had conveyor belts and color changes (the mobile does not). It was fairly easy to beat the level on the PC. I only play on mobile unless I absolutely have to jump to the PC. You might want to fix this for the mobile players.

level 1317 keeps freezing.
level 1317 keeps freezing. 3xs in a row now...not only am i losing lives but also boosters that i have paid for.

I cant go any further until I update, but don't want to lose my boosts
I'm on level 1340 and can't go any further until I update the app. In the past, when I update the app, I lose all my lives and built up boosts. I don't want to lose my boosts I played so long to get. Is there any resolution? Thanks! Otherwise, great game!

why 72 hr wait, why wait at all?
I start playin and the chests pop out im like ya so i get 10 hrs worth lives then i get to part where i gotta wait 72 hrs to pass why did it give me the chests then but also why the wait every episode

I have had to reinstall Candy Crush, Soda and Jelly. Have not received email to reset password.
