Candy Crush on Ipad
I have reached levels 2000+ but I am unable to log onto the ipad. It crashes and I have been stuck for months. Have deleted so many games and storage but doesn't make a difference.

Lost progress
I was at level 1549 when I updatet the game (IPad) then I couldn't start the game again. To make sure not to loose my progress, I connected to my Facebook account. (which I didn't do before because of privacy). Now I have lost all progress and are black at level 1

Tiff Special
I purchased the Tiff's Special for 6.99 I received my gold bars but did not receive my additional items (lolly pop hammer etc.) these items were part of the bundle and I would like to receive them.

Candy crush sync failed and took me back to an old level.
I updated my fb app and tried to save my candy crush progress I was on level 990. After logging in, all my progress was wiped out, and I am now back to level 71. Over 2 years of progress wiped out. Please help!!!! This is my second ticket and none of them are responding.

Is level 1525 unpassable or just impossible? I have loved this game but am ready to give up.

Why is the game auto closing out after clicking play? My update is current and have plenty of space on my phone. Started thia yesterday amd actually played one game this morning and started doing this again.

Bug: Sugar Drops Strip
When we collected enough sugar drops to go pass multiple milestones in a single round, we only get bonuses from the last passed milestone and nothing from the milestones it shoot pass!!!

Can I go into the cloud and retrieve my last backup so I will still have my booster?
